During January-February 2022, COERR organized Covid-19 Prevention Activities for children, focusing on social distancing and hand washing demonstration in 7 steps as follows: 1) Wet your hands, apply soap, rub both palms and interlaced fingers together; 2) rub the back of each hand with interlaced fingers; 3) Rub your hands together with interlaced fingers; 4) Rub the back of your fingers; 5) Rub your thumb by wrapping one hand over the other thumb and rubbing thumb and finger; 6) Rub the tips of your fingers on the palm of the opposite hand; 7) Rub one’s wrist with the other palm and do the same on the other hand. COERR Mae Hong Son organized COVID-19 prevention activities in Ban Mae Surin Temporary Shelter, Khun Yuam District, Mae Hong Son Province on February 12, 2022. There were 35 participants of 12 girls and 23 boys. COERR Mae Sarieng organized activities in Ban Mae La Oon Temporary Shelter on 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 28, 31 January and 2 February, 2022, for 163 participants of 81 females and 82 males; in Ban Mae La Ma Luang Shelter, on 6, 11, 17 January and 9-10 February, 2022, for 136 participants of 69 females and 67 males. COERR Mae Sot taught and demonstrated 7 steps of Hand Washing; COVID-19 preventive measures and Questions/Answers about COVID-19 to 60 Participants of 36 females and 24 males in Ban Mae La Temporary Shelter during 17-19 January; to 20 participants of 7 females and 13 males in Ban Umpiem Temporary Shelter on 21 February; to 21 paritcipants of 12 females and 9 males in Ban Nupo Temporary Shelter on 25 February.
